Kari Samantha (born April 28th on 1967) Wuhrer is an American actress and performer. She began her acting career when she was in her teens. Her most well-known role is for playing Maggie Beckett on the TV series Sliders, as well as in the role of the character of Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the horror-comedy movie Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was raised within Brookfield Connecticut as the daughter of Karin Noble who was employed as a cashier, as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer. There are three sisters and brothers. As a teenager, she was a singer performing in clubs, escaping from her family in order to perform. Kari Wuhrer was an American model, singer and actress.
