Amber Benson bio
Amber Benson hails from the American continent and works as a performer, actor, writer/singer/director. Most famously, she is best known for her role on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer as Tara Maclay. She also directed, produced and starred in her own films Chance and Lovers Liars & Lunatics. Benson also appeared in the movie Kiss the Bride. Benson was born on the 8th of January, 1977 Birmingham Alabama, daughter of Diane Benson and Edward Benson psychiatrist. Danielle Benson is her younger artist sister. The father of her is Jewish as is her mom. She born and raised in the state of Alabama. Southern Baptist Benson grew up at the Reform synagogue in Alabama. The career of Benson has continued to flourish since the end of Buffy. She was in films such as The Killing Jar, and shows like Morganville The Series. When she was in front of the camera, she utilized her writing talents to write her character Ghosts of Albion and direct projects such as the 2010's Drones. Buffy, after spending hours and efforts to locate them, states there are over 1800 Slayers worldwide, with 500 of them working with their organization, the Scooby Gang.
